Dr. Mann and the whole team were extremely supportive and calming when I came in for a second opinion and ultimately had to put my dog of 16 years down. They never made me feel pressured or shamed (unlike the first vet I saw). We had a really wonderful experience here during a very hard time for our old dog. I found the staff to be kind, I felt like they listened, and we'll say I felt like they really cared about my dog's health. They gave us a lot of options and were really clear and upfront about cost. I also really appreciated that some of there exam rooms had nice soft beds in it for dogs. We were able to wait on a nice soft bed which was really nice for my old guy.
