Honestly the worst place I ever took my dog into. I took her in early in the year for exams, everything came back great. Fast forward to last week, I took her in because she was experiencing some changes in her normal routine, blood work was taken and she was diagnosed with DKA. We were given the option to take the next step and begin treatment at a cost of over 3k or take euthanasia into consideration. I would not trust this hospital with my worst enemy, let alone a beloved family pet. What should have been about caring for a member of our family became an incredibly frustrating, expensive, and heartbreaking experience. From the beginning, we experienced serious issues with communication, professionalism, transparency, and coordination.
