Truly an honest Animal Hospital. They do not upsell, wonderful customer service, you are given options, remedies, and the care they give you and your pets are amazing. My Faith will follow Dr. Battah and staff wherever he goes. Blessings to the Doctors and Staff for taking care of our fur-babies.
RecommendedWe love it here! Before, I took my pets to Mannheim pike animal hospital and I hated the care there so I searched for a new vet and came across happy tails! Everybody there is SUPER nice and REALLY helpful and extremely compassionate! Dr Hodges really had a talk with me to try to get every detail of my labradors tummy problems and I LOVE how no body tried to pitch a sale at me to buy unnecessary things I didn’t need and I’m really happy nobody pushed spaying my dog on me. Such an amazing place! They truly make us feel like family. They have gotten us through some of hardest days, and always have your pets best interest at heart. I cant say enough about this place, we absolutely love them.
I would never go to a different vet. Diane Hodges and her staff are the best. They are kind, compassionate, capable and reasonably priced.
Great animal hospital. They genuinely care for you pets, and answer your questions and concerns immediately or in a timely matter. Best veterinarian I have taken my cat to.
When we welcomed our new puppy, Sterling, Happy Tails was awesome! I had a list of questions, since I’m a first time puppy owner, and Brianna was super patient answering them and getting us scheduled ASAP for him to see Dr Hodges. With the Covid-19 in rules in place, Molly came to meet us and had him in and out fast. Dr Hodges called me, since the office was under Covid-19 precautions which we appreciated, and explained how his visit went, future items we need to do and how it was all going to work. Happy tails is a wonderful place, from the front desk, to the techs, to Dr. Hodges. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and gentle with my pet. Also, I find their prices to be lower than my previous vet practice and they don’t recommend unnecessary tests or procedures. Highly recommend.
Excellent and caring staff.
My pups are always happy here and well cared for, I couldn’t ask for more.
