We took all four Huskies in today and got them all baths and nail grinding done and they look and smell amazing! One of our Huskies doesn't like people but somehow they got her groomed and all dogs came out with smiles! It was quick and easy to make appointments as well. Thank you!

Our baby boy has gone twice to get groomed at Happy Tails and both times, they have done an exceptional job. Our puppy smells so good and he seems to love it there. Yesterday, we took him there for overnight boarding for the first time. He was so excited when we pulled up, his tail was wagging fast and he was ready to go inside. We were so nervous the whole time we were gone but they took pictures and when I called check on him, he said he was doing great. Happy Tails is Marvel's favorite place to go. When we pull in he can't get out of the car fast enough! He always comes home a very tired boy from a full day of playing with his friends, and they always tidy him up before he leaves and gets back in the car. The doggie cologne is MUCH appreciated!!

We had our Golden Retriever groomed yesterday and I am beyond impressed with our service. Finally a place where I feel comfortable leaving our fur baby! He looked awesome, smelled heavenly, and was happy when we picked him up. His nails were actually trimmed and buffed super soft! I WILL be going back! Thank you Happy Tails!

I am so happy with the service we had at Happy Tails! We had never boarded our dog before and were nervous to leave her for a long weekend. The friendly staff at Happy Tails made sure our girl was well taken-care of. I loved that they had the option to do a full day of doggy daycare so I knew Roxie wouldn’t be cooped up in a kennel all day and she’d get a chance to socialize with other dogs. I’m so disappointed by the service and response! Great first experience, horrible second experience. Very little accountability was taken for a less than satisfactory job that cost $95.00. Time, money, and pets are precious to people. Their job should be taken more seriously and done with pride. This response tells me it’s all about the money and zero about the customer or pet.

I boarded my dog here a few weeks ago, for 4 nights. She came home and was not the same dog. Whined, cried and was at my side for three full days after being there. 6 days after being there she started throwing up multiple times a day and then started peeing in the house. Her pee was full of blood and on day 2 of this i finally took her to the vet. For X-rays and tested her pee and she had a really bad UTI from not being let out of the kennels enough and having to hold her pee so long. Never again will i return.
