Would never go back again. Everytime you make an appointment you have to make a $25 deposit. If something comes up, and you have to cancel the appointment you can kiss that $25 goodbye. You are being treated the same as a person who would not call to cancel and just not show up. I have never had my dog groomed someplace and have to make a $25 deposit. I call this bad business and greedy!!

I’d like to share that Cece spent 5 days at Happy Tails on Coldwater Rd in Fort Wayne. An hour prior to going to Happy Tails, Cece had a wonderful afternoon with two of her puppy pals, (see picture below). They played well together, they got along together, and were not aggressive or “nervous” around one another. Happy Tails is probably the worst place you could take your fur baby. They won’t answer your phone calls about questions, concerns, or a simple check up on your animal. We called them 7 times over the span of 2 days and then got a voicemail back. We then called back immediately and no one answered. We finally got a call back on the day we were driving back home from the owner and that’s when things went even further down hill.
