Would never go back again. Everytime you make an appointment you have to make a $25 deposit. If something comes up, and you have to cancel the appointment you can kiss that $25 goodbye. You are being treated the same as a person who would not call to cancel and just not show up. I have never had my dog groomed someplace and have to make a $25 deposit. I call this bad business and greedy!!
I’d like to share that Cece spent 5 days at Happy Tails on Coldwater Rd in Fort Wayne. An hour prior to going to Happy Tails, Cece had a wonderful afternoon with two of her puppy pals, (see picture below). They played well together, they got along together, and were not aggressive or “nervous” around one another. Happy Tails is probably the worst place you could take your fur baby. They won’t answer your phone calls about questions, concerns, or a simple check up on your animal. We called them 7 times over the span of 2 days and then got a voicemail back. We then called back immediately and no one answered. We finally got a call back on the day we were driving back home from the owner and that’s when things went even further down hill. RecommendedGracie girl can’t wait to have a play date at Happy Tails! She literally runs to the door and around the car in the mornings in excommunicated to go play with all of her friends. Happy Tails has been so good with her and I know that they live her like their own! Thanks ladies for all of your hard work and care for my pup!
My dog loves Happy Tails and gets so excited every time we come. She bolts out of the car! All of the services are fantastic! Daycare, grooming, & boarding! I couldn’t be happier & know my dog is in a great place with wonderful people!

We are so happy with happy tails! Bowie enjoys his time there, and I was happy with the grooming.
We had a horrible experience with Happy Tails. Long story short, the communication and documentation within the staff is severely lacking. From the second we dropped our dog off to board, until the second she was picked up, there were massive communication disasters. EVERYTHING was booked weeks in advance, and calls were made during that time to ensure everything was good to go. Happy Tails is an absolute life saver! I have 2 young labs and live in an apartment so they absolutely need a way to get their energy out. I am able to drop them both off at Happy Tails for doggy daycare at 7:15am and pick them up at 6:15 (perfect for my 8-5 work schedule too) and they are worn out! They get all their energy out and get socialization with other dogs. Then, if the boys need a spa day I can get them a bath with the spa package and they get a nice bath with my choice of their shampoo and conditioner, their nail... read more
