I have been going to this gym for 2 years now and I love it. I have gained not only strength but the confidence to train knowing I have perfect form and knowledge of what muscles I’m working. The gym itself is alway immaculate and Michelle is such a wonderful trainer and human. Her #1 priority is making you feel strong, confident and happy.

I LOVE this gym! The personal care they take with each client is unlike any gym I have been to. I have learned so much about becoming strong inside and outside of that gym. Real honest trainers that provide you with straight forward direction when reaching your fitness goal. The plus side, Happy! He is the best greeter and very well trained. I would say he is the town favorite when it comes to their whole family owned vibe! Thank you a million times over for your support Happy and Sweaty!

I’ve had Michelle as my trainer and I couldn’t rave more about her knowledge as a personal trainer and her attention to detail on how she caters to her client. There are not many gyms in Newport that empower people to be strong and confident in building strength. If you want to experience a trainer that builds you up and helps you meet your goals- go see this gym! It’s extremely disappointing to see 1-star reviews that have no substance, experiences, and complaining about a dog being present.

The best gym around! Michelle is so kind, funny and VERY knowledgeable about anything fitness/nutrition. If you are in the area, THIS is the best place to go!

I have been a client of Happy and Sweaty for almost two years now and I am so glad I found this perfect gym! Michelle has the best classes. This gym is well organized and so clean. Such a positive place to train. Love Happy and Sweaty!!
