I have my hair done in this Salon and soo disappointed.. First when they ask my highlights i told them i don’t like too lights but when it come out its so light then my hair was cut too short i said i just wanted a trim. The assistant did try to correct my highlights and darken it a bit but still not turns out good. I am not recommending this place cause it doesn’t listen to what you wanted.
Very disappointed, I asked for a simple colour service, but the result was patchy and uneven. It looked rushed and unprofessional, and now I have to go elsewhere to fix it. Not the experience I expected.
Colin really knows hair! His analysis and recommendations for my hair were spot on and the treatment he provided turned out exactly how he said it would.
