I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly explained what I wanted for my hair, but the result did not match my request. When I tried to communicate my concerns, the stylist seemed dismissive and didn’t make the adjustments I asked for. As a first-time customer, I had a great experience! Colin Ma was very friendly, attentive, and clearly put a lot of care into my hair. I absolutely love my haircut and color. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back—highly satisfied!

The barbers here are incredibly professional. I've been to many places, but this is the one I'm most satisfied with. The scissor strokes are very precise, and the hair looks natural after the cut, without needing any elaborate styling at home. It's definitely worth the money!
