Sherah Pettus and Jenn Barker were extremely helpful when I went in. I was selling my car, and I wanted to double check that the check I received was valid before depositing it. They advised me on the best way forward, and noted on my account that I came in to verify the check before deposit.

I nominate Jenn Barker from the Round Rock branch of Happy State Bank for their employee of the year. Ms. Barker's friendly attitude and expertise was most welcome in my circumstances. The branch itself was easily accessible from I35 and the entire staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bank, without hesitation.
Sherah Pettus helped me with my problem as if it was her own. She was so genuine and nice and understanding and she was patient and I could feel she really cared about me. You won’t find another bank who does it like these people!
