Whoever drives the van needs to slow the heck down. Not once but TWICE did we witness them tailgate and/or cut a car off. Not to mention, we had a green light to do a u turn and they were not paying attention at all and immediately tried to turn right at their red light right into us. I would not trust my pet in that vehicle at all. Truly dangerous.
I had the worst experience with my Australian Shepherd with this mobile groomer. I requested a tighter sanitary groom, but he ended up cutting his entire body, including the feathering on his legs, his and the hair around his face and ears. He looks like a completely different dog. I’m still wondering how a simple sanitary groom could go so wrong. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a groomer.
