My rescue dog has trust issues with strangers, so grooming appointments are usually stressful for both of us. The groomer here crouched down first and let him sniff around instead of immediately grabbing the leash. That small moment made a huge difference in how calm he stayed afterward. They avoided using loud dryers near his face and kept the session shorter like I requested. When we got home, he acted normal instead of anxious, which almost never happens after grooming visits.

I have a 16 yr old Yorkiepoo that looks like a miniature Poodle. He's almost completely deaf. He gives groomers a very hard time with doing his nails and face. He was going to a business where other dogs were kept in cages while they wait their turn. I came across mobile grooming on Facebook. Choppy. Did .5 “ instead on 1.5” she was late didn’t call. Dog didn’t smell good still wet and VERY CHOPPY! Pretty sure she was HiGH. Called office and they refused to have someone come out and fix

I had a very disappointing experience with this mobile dog grooming service. They advertise themselves as a luxury dog spa, but their service was anything but professional. Our appointment was originally scheduled for 3:40 PM, then pushed to 4:10 PM, and then delayed again to 4:55 PM. We received multiple texts asking to reschedule, which showed a complete lack of respect for our time.
