Terrible service. I took my dog there the first time and I loved it she looked presentable. She smelled good, she was happy and everything went well. The second time I took her they did such a terrible job, they shaved her when I specifically told the lady I want a trim and what to keep her fluffy hair. They did absolutely the opposite, my dog is 7 months old and they treated her badly. Haley did a great job with my babies I haven’t met a groomer from this Company that hasn’t done an amazing job they really are great
I don’t recommend this groomer for larger breed. I have a husky like the lady in the comment below name Diana. The groomer might even be the same person. She was inexperienced. Her name was Mariah. She showed up and was reluctant about removing/de-shedding my dogs hair. Left my dog with her in the van for less than 5 min and my dog became very stressed and agitated. Groomer called me and said my dog was showing teeth and that she was afraid to move on, I went inside the van to check on my dog, and he was super stressed out. ... read more
