Very unprofessional. Receptionist would not answer the phone and when I went into the office a few minutes later she was messing around with her cell phone and didn't even know we were here. And the day before whoever we talked to said they take the insurance I had. And then when we were there all of a sudden they don't take that insurance. I Do Not recommend this place
Dentists are great but front desk is not. They do not answer the phone like at all. Also had me do x-rays, said it was covered by insurance, and then it wasn’t. Had to make them put the timelines of when I can get X-rays in my chart bc they didn’t know… then acted like it wasn’t their job to know when I got mad. It is your job, for the record!!! Don’t tell me it’s covered if it’s not.
Great dentist, great hygienist, great experience. They treated me very well and made me feel very comfortable.
Front desk lady was talking about racial/political things infront of me, seemed confused about my insurance, billed me after assuring me i wouldnt be billed. Id ask the dentist a question, theyd say ask at the front desk, an the front desk would tell me i shouldve asked the dentist. My new dentist says the plan they had for my teeth wouldnt have worked if i kept going there and when they got my xrays from happy smiles they where unusable because of how they where sent and had to be redone out of my pocket for the now 3rd tim... read more
