First I want to start off by saying.. that the staff is extremely rude in my experience. Before braces they said I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed.. all 4 of them..okay had them removed, then they said i needed 4 teeth removed due to overcrowding.. okay .. had them removed..had brace for 2 years, got my retainers , wore them day & night for 3 months like i was told. Whenever i would take my retainers off.. in 10 seconds I had a big gap forming in between my top two front teeth.. okay.. so then i kept wearing my retain... read more

I told them prior to my appointment that I had two additional small children that would have to attend the appointment with me one of them who is special needs would that be ok they said yes and when I got to my appointment it was an issue I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me I would have to leave my two small children in the waiting room and this guy was extremely rude and I told them I asked these questions before I even scheduled so thanks for wasting our time. I do not recommend unfriendly factory type atmosphere
Happy Smiles failed my child! She had a cavity that needed a filling and the dentist kept cancelling her appointment. Some days i was told he wasn’t going to be there other days I was told he over booked. Just one story after another. They want money for cleaning but not when they have to really do some work. Then they called today asking if I wanted to come in for my daughter routine cleaning. My two sons are Happy Smiles patients and as I parent I'm very content with this dental clinic. Happy Smiles is a great place for kiddos. My boys are happy coming in and out of their appointments. Also, a big shout out to this clinic for donating toothbrushes and toothpaste to families in our community. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend Happy Smiles!
