I was considering going to this dentist because it is the only dentist in Clearwater that is on my Plan I have never read so many negative reviews about a dentist. It is apparent they that profit is more important than proper medical care. The canned planned response seems to be in many cases we have no record of you being a patient. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! After having a really bad experience with crowns at other offices, I was honestly nervous—but this place completely changed everything for me. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The temporary crowns were excellent, comfortable, and looked great, which already impressed me. And the final crowns? Simply amazing. They fit like a glove—no adjustments needed at all! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Terrible dentistry, their crowns are made from cheap material, their staff as incompetent. Very rude overall and they act like you’re dumb to it all. Don’t be, lots of much better high quality dentists nearby don’t waste time with this one! My smile is happier since I’ve left Unhappy smiles. (If management replies here please spend your time fixing your terrible dentist office instead of fighting reviews.)
I’m extremely disappointed because I truly loved this office and Dr. Ponnaganti — which makes this situation even more upsetting. In November 2025, I came into the Tampa office for a routine cleaning and was encouraged by the front desk to purchase Invisalign. I was told my insurance would reimburse me approximately $750 and reassured that the process would be “easy” and that I would be helped if needed.
