Yesterday I had a tooth repaired and a crown fitted that I was advised was a necessary procedure. The staff were amazing, Aaron was the most amazing dentist I have ever met. He has a very calming and caring personality as does his assistant, who I've forgotten her name, sorry. The cost is so high, I have no idea what is fair but I did struggle to understand why it has doubled (in 12 months) since I had a similar procedure, at my dentist where I used to live. Excellent practice. Dr Parshant and team really care about their patients and are very professional.
I was extremely nervous about an upcoming procedure, however was put at ease from the moment I stepped in the door. The admin staff, always friendly and nothing is too hard or a drama. I love their easy going attitude while staying professional at the same time. This day, while waiting for the appointment, the last of the day, the ladies made me feel very comfortable and talking, to keep my mind off it.
