We hired this company for a pool repair project and paid $11,000. While they did start some of the work, they never completed the job and stopped responding to all communication. Unfortunately, they took the money and disappeared without finishing what was agreed upon. I do not recommend working with this business due to our experience with being ghosted mid-project.
The team started a job last August 2024 for my parents' place in Skokie. It's an older pool that needed the piping redone. This part happened and the job was well done, however this June 2025 they have not returned to close out the final parts of the repair and paint the pool. Last summer we took a month long road trip two days into the road trip. The power went out so our pool shut off. Nobody was there to turn it back on so when we got home, it was very green, when going to close it, I asked Cruz if we should clean it now and then close it, and he said no we will just get everything cleaned up when we open it. Johnny from Happy Pools did an amazing job on our pool! Fixed a main drain issue that another pool company screwed up and fixed cracked fiberglass stairs! Also, seamlessly installed a liner! We also use them to open and close our pool! I would highly recommend Happy Pools!
The guys arrived on time and got the work done in no time. They were professional and explained everything regarding the repair on our hot tub.
