The guys arrived on time and got the work done in no time. They were professional and explained everything regarding the repair on our hot tub.
Lucky to have someone knowledgeable, an expert in their field and honest to help me with a Canadian Spa Comp. Hot tub on the first try. Assessed the issue and found the problem right away, but I wanted to wait to replace it since I personally thought it was somethint else. Complete waste of money! They charged $250 -300$ to drain the hot tub in winter and advised us to do this. When we tried restarting and called them nunerous times to come in, there was 0 response. Every other hot tub company we spoke to this year said not to drain the hot tub and keep it running through the winter. Because of bad advice we are now stuck with a non functional hot tub that is only 2 years old. Previous owners had it installed. Never going to these giys ever again!!!
I called Happy Pool ,&Spa in 2022 for the pool opening as in the previous season. The guys came out and one in particular that look like Mighty Mouse was all in my garage as well as on my personal enclosed deck by removing my enclosed security wall and coming upon my deck, which had nothing to do with the swimming pool, which is in the center of the backyard. If I could give a zero rating I would. I thought I was hiring a professional dedicated company. Boy I was so wrong. I had scheduled my pool opening for this year on October 13, 2023 with Mr. Cruz to open my pool on Friday May 10, 2024. After several confirmation emails back & forth up to this date, he confirmed he would be there and also gave me instructions on how to prepare for his arrival.
