We used Happy Pool Cover to replace our old cover that needed warranty repair and they did a great job. However when our pump stopped working and we scheduled service, they never showed and inexplicably stopped responding to our calls and emails. So while they provide solid work, they will leave you high and dry in time of need. To the owner's response: I forwarded all the unanswered emails and texts to the email address provided, as suggested, and 1 week later, still no response or acknowledgment from the company.

We have used Happy Pool Covers for so long, perhaps 30+ years. The team is expert in knowing everything needed for when we messed up the ropes. They are easy to work with and are reasonable.
