Horrible customer service. Found plastic in my soup and wrote to them and was promised they would look into and they never did. wrote back to follow-up with them and no answer. I would never buy their product and will tell everyone to avoid this company. Too bad as i loved their soup. Again horrible customer service.
Received a reply in less than a week; ignore other review.. "Hi Tyson, Thank you for contacting Happy Planet! Our Cream Top whole milk is 3.8% milk fat. Please let me know if you have more questions, I'm here to help!"
They do not answer their phones. They do not respond to emails and their products are becoming disgusting. We are no longer buying Happy Planet; this should make them very happy !!!
