Excellent place!! Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway so you can sit on the balcony with your morning coffee. I liked the high-top table set on the balcony so the view wasn't obstructed by the railing. There is a short walk past the pool and across the street to the beach through an access. This room is very well priced and clean and its location was perfect. Very close to the beach. It had just enough of everything that we needed for our trip. I will definitely be staying there again.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this rental management company. My wife and I rented the Saltwater Suites Flamingo Unit in North Redington Beach for 3 nights to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, because it advertised “rest and rejuvenate in the tranquility of your private sanctuary, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep" (VRBO description). All we can say is WOW! My extended family and I just spent 5 wonderful days at the Sea Gate property (3 bedrooms) over the 4th of July. The place was immaculate, spacious and the views were amazing. The kitchen was quite large which was a bonus because we were feeding 4 adults and 2 teenagers! I wish I could tell the owners what a great job, but we booked through Happy Place so, here we are.
