I had a haircut with Heath and couldn’t be happier with the result He listened to me with care and knowledge, and gave me the perfect shag haircut on my straight, medium-length hair. It is exactly what I wanted - textured layers with a beautiful volume. Heath’s presence is also great - calm, kind, and clearly knowledgeable. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and enjoyable. I’m super happy and will definitely be back. Highly recommend 100%!
I will follow hair stylist, Heath to the ends of the earth and pay him whatever money he asks for. The feathery hairstyle I've been looking for has only been achieved at Happy Place. I have tried several spots throughout Brooklyn. Everyone at Happy place is very talented, more people need to know about this spot. But maybe not! Save me a slot Heath!
This truly is my Happy Place!! Every time I come for a service, the vibes, lighting, music lift my energy. Heath is so cheerful and kind. We always have a convo about my hair, how it’s feeling, how it looks, anything i’m dealing w while styling. He listens so well and asks great follow ups. Heath is an incredible colorist and stylist! As a curly hair girl I know it's sometimes hard to find someone who really knows how to cut curls and Heath is THAT guy. My highlights came out literally perfect -- I showed him a picture of what I wanted and they came out even better than the photo. He's also just so friendly and funny, which always makes the experience that much better. Couldn't recommend enough!!
Excellent service! Grimm spent so much time on my hair to really make sure all of my requirements were met and I’m satisfied with the result. As a queer person I also felt very safe, heard and understood. Thank you to “Happy Place” for making me happy!
