I came in to have my S23 FE phone battery replaced. During the initial call, the attendant was friendly and informative. The deposit and wait time for the battery order was also quick. The repair was not perfect. They put the back glass at an angle with one side slightly protruding (maybe about 1 mm). They did make effort to correct it to the best of their ability, so it was fair all in all. They also replaced the battery on my Lexus key. Super honest, fast, and reliable. I’m so happy I found them!
