Zach the owner of happy penguin pool care was very knowledgeable and gave off really good vibes. He explained everything he did very well and made everything easy to understand. We are so happy we found him on angis list!
Zach did a fine job opening our pool, and setting up new plumbing. But the tubes he set started leaking, and once I reported it, he simply vanished, and did not respond to my messages. He also did not follow up on additional pool services he committed to do.
