OVERCHARGED FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES NOT RENDERED I had multiple problems with a staff member at the front desk "M". I went in to set up the stay and from the beginning, she was confused. I would tell her the exact dates and times, but the confirmations were all messed up. I was very patient with her. On the ap, the dates were wrong but finally corrected: Tuesday drop off at 1 pm, Friday nail trim at 2 pm, and Sunday pick up at 12 pm (noon).
