OVERCHARGED FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES NOT RENDERED I had multiple problems with a staff member at the front desk "M". I went in to set up the stay and from the beginning, she was confused. I would tell her the exact dates and times, but the confirmations were all messed up. I was very patient with her. On the ap, the dates were wrong but finally corrected: Tuesday drop off at 1 pm, Friday nail trim at 2 pm, and Sunday pick up at 12 pm (noon). Truly a wonderful place for your pets. I have a rescue that is terrified of people, and they managed to trim her nails...in fact, the only place that has been successful without extreme measures! I recently rescued another puppy, boarded him for my vacation. He had so much fun! We got to see pictures of him playing with his pals, we got updates and they loved him like their own. I’m not sure he missed us at all! Grooming, daycare, boarding, food, toys...all your needs!

Happy Pawz is an exceptional boarding and grooming facility.. The owners are professional and welcoming .. The facility is beautiful, clean and there are several great choices for boarding your beloved dog/s. "Sophie" our little miniature schnauzer was cared for as if she was part of their family. You can request to have pictures sent to you for peace of mind .. It is also a great retail store ..
