Our customers fur babies deserve a pet daycare environment. No more dropping your pet off to sit in a cage before and after grooming! We have a 1800 SQ FT of "Play Areas" which has beds, toys and fresh water for your pets to relax or play while they wait to be groomed or picked up. However, I am also about safety too. We can block off areas if any fur baby does not get along with other doggies. They will still be comfortable and safe at all times. I took my dog to Happy Paws by Lori in DeBary to have his anal glands expressed and hair in his ears removed. I made a big point about not cutting his hair. He is a papillon and his long hair is what makes him beautiful. They cut off his 4 in long silky mane and his big poof of curly silky white chest hair. When I took him in to see the owner, Lori, she argued with me and said his hair had not been cut. The groomer admitted to cutting his chest hair but tried to blame the shampoo for his missing mane. I took my Boxer there to have his nails trimmed. The man that took him to the back trimmed the nails down past the nerve! My poor dog couldn't walk all weekend! When I called to talk to the owner, She was "unavailable" so I spoke to the man and told him what he had done. He said that he is not trained for this, he just fills in where he can. That's EVEN WORSE! I asked him to have Lori call me and of course that never happened. I will never be back, and I do not recommend you go either!
Grooming is good. Customer service not so much. The staff are generally rude and condescending. A shame really because the area lack QUALITY grooming services. We won't be back.
