This began as a great experience. Beautifully kept. However about 2 hours in, this HUGE random dog totally hijacked the wedding venue. The dog Started jumping around the kids and nipped at the groom. I went to their security guard that they charge us for and he said the dog the dog belonged to a A neighbor. We had to deal with the dog for the last 3 hours of our event. Very annoying especially during the meal. Security did nothing. They refused to reimburse us for the elderly security guard they assigned to protect us. If ur... read more

Very Poor Customer Service. Very rude management. My wife is pregnant & had made a phone call to let management know she was put on bedrest & wouldn’t be able to keep our booked event due to that medical issue. After explaining her medical condition she was told that we could go get our refund of $400. Then when I had went to speak with them in person they changed their word from saying we could get our refund back to not being able to get it anymore. They said it was due to the contract we signed that is non-refundable whic... read more
