Had a great time on the mangrove forest tour on Lido Key yesterday with Jeff! This was a vacation highlight for our family, the kids loved it. Happy Paddler was great to work with, booking process was easy, staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
We have paddled with Shane 5 times. Always see something new, always learn something new. It's like taking a marine biology course while on the water. His attention to safety (wind, current, etc.) is much appreciated. A true professional who loves sharing the surrounding waters with visitors. He has a great sense of humor and wonderful stories. You can tell this is not a job, it is his passion.
Amazing place!!!! If you go there you will question yourself if you’re in heaven. I saw manatees, dolphins, a crab, and even my brother found a puffer fish in the sand!! The kayak was also awesome which was super calming, the tour guide Alen was 🤩 AMAZING, this place was the G.O.A.T.

We had the best day today thanks to Happy Paddler! Check in was easy. We were shown a map of the area and given some tips on places to visit on the route. They also allowed us to launch a kayak we brought with us from their dock. We visited the sand bar off Jewfish Key, walked the beach at Longboat pass bridge and paddled the inlet back behind there and ate at Mar Vista. We were out about 4.5 hours. The price was the same as other places in the area but we got more time. Definitely recommend.
