I wasn’t originally planning to go to Happy Nails — I was actually supposed to visit a salon down the road. When I walked in there and told them I needed a builder‑gel fill with a color change and a small design, they rolled their eyes and told me to come back in two hours. It made me uncomfortable, especially since I’m still learning what to ask for when it comes to my nails. I called Happy Nails instead, and they told me to come in. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR time. I called and made an appointment for 4:30pm. I drove 25 minuets to get here. And when I walked in they were so packed there’s wasn’t even seats to sit in. They think it’s okay to say yes to an appointment and then make you wait once you get there. No only was the lobby packed with no seats, EVERY SINGLE CHAIR was full. I’m absolutely livid and will never come here again. Complete disrespect and waste of my time.

The place used to be alright, but at this point I’m going to have to find another salon. My last two sets have been really disappointing, and it’s clear there’s a lack of attention to detail. This time I asked for plain black nails, and somehow they still turned out looking bleh. My cuticles and the skin around my nails weren’t cleaned up at all, so they already look grown out—even though I had them done less than 20 minutes ago.
