I shared the same experience with Dishani today, only three weeks later. Firstly, we arrived to our appointment and they had forgotten to book us in. One nail was clearly thicker than the other. I'd asked his wife politely "Do you have time to fix this? If not, don't worry about it." David stormed from the back room and yelled in front of everyone "Who chose the colour?! You? Extremely rude and unprofessional service. David very extremely rude when I asked to slightly change the French tip I had asked for as the one they had done was thicker. Despite me saying it’s ok if you can’t do it, he spoke very rudely. I had shown a photo at the starting. David raised his voice and spoke very impolitely. There were other customers around and there was no consideration of professionalism at all. I will never go back again and definitely do not recommend.

Had a 3/4 leg wax I find when the wax is not taken off in strips. It hurts a lot more. While both strips and blotching were used. I still had visual hair on my legs.
