Happy nails… more like never been less happy nails. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a nail salon genuinely upset. I’m not tough to please. I paid over 100$ for a basic gel mani pedi and walked out with sloppy nails. I didn’t complain, but I did politely express I was unhappy and they basically shrugged their shoulders and made no effort to correct it. edit: I just got them done yesterday and it’s already chipped. unbelievable.

Everytime I go here they use cheap products and my nails come off in days. I can go to sky nails and never have this issue. Only reason I came here was sky nails was closed on the day I needed it done never again I will just wait total waist of money.

I used to love this place. I do not know what happened but it isn’t like it used to be. My nails are uneven the polish is gloppy and the technician burned me multiple times with the filer. My nails have ridges. Overall not a good experience and I will not return. Makes me very sad.
