The overall service is usually good at Happy Nails. I recently had my eyebrows cleaned up & lightly shaped. The hot wax burned the skin off over both of my eyes. The healing process was two weeks. Management apologized & gave me a tube of Neosporin & 20% discount coupon. It would have been more appropriate to give a total refund for all my services. FYI
I requested….and paid $45 for the Spa Pedicure II, which was to come with a sugar scrub and foot massage. There was no sugar scrub and the ‘massage’ was a 30 second lotion application, NOT a foot massage. I brought this to the attention of the masseuse, and he replied with a shoulder shrug. My minimal tip reflected my dissatisfaction. I also asked for my brows to be waxed. The person did NOT apply any alcohol or ointment before or after waxing my brows. I will NEVER return here again! They deserve LESS then a 1 rating!!
