I made an appointment online, got there about 5 minutes before the guy that "greeted" me, wouldn't get off his phone and just pointed to the self service check in. He then sat me down, and the station still had nail clipping and used items all around it. After he put the nails on me he told me someone else was going to do my nails bc he was yelling at someone behind me the whole time.
