I went to Happy Nails last Friday with my 8-year-old. She got a regular pedicure ($35 + $5 tip) and I got a “happy pedicure” with gel ($10 tip). Everything seemed fine at first, but the very next day my gel polish—originally pink—turned an orange/yellow color. I was away for my birthday at Foxwoods Resort Casino and contacted the salon as soon as I got back about a week later. UPDATED 02/26. My husband had called for a pedicure for himself this afternoon. On his way there, he got a flat. He called AAA & me, but forgot all about the pedicure at that time. He called back tonight seeing if he could come in tonight. The person who answered the phone flat out told him no, you didnt xome earlier & we are closing soon & hung up. I've only been to this place twice but both times there was hardly any customers and the techs seem to rush. They did an okay job but this is supposed to be a nice and relaxing experience. I'm not sure if I will try them again or not.
I’ve been going to Anna at Happy Nail Salon since they opened, and I can honestly say she is the absolute best!
