I was a little disgusted when I walked in and saw how dusty/dirty the floor was. I was hoping that it was not a reflection of the utensils. The one guy did a good job on my nails, but when I'm spending money on what should be a relaxing/luxurious time, I expect it to at least be clean so I'm not worrying about cleanliness. I would go back if they cleaned up and made it look more presentable.
Horrible experience. She cut me 6 times during my pedicure and manicure. Some of the cuts are sore and slightly infected which is pretty scary Concerns about cleanliness, sanitation. She used the same towel for my manicure that she used on the women before me, yuck! Did not speak any english. Super rushed which I expected at a discounted place but not all the cuts! Very professional, very clean, excellent work. Pedicure felt fantastic. Ambiance could use a little work, but I think they are planning a renovation. Prices are very fair, I would pay more to make sure I got that level of service. I was pretty impressed overall.
This is a great spot to get pampered! The staff is nice and the prices are right...The work that they do is wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to any one looking for a great nail salon.
Friendly, good quality service with attention to all the little extras like leg, arm, and shoulder massage. High-end products and they keep the shop very clean and ventilated.
