Was drawn into Happy Nails because it had a higher Google review than most others in the area but that could not have been more deceiving. We walked a long ways to get there and instead of normal pedicure chairs, there were rolling office chairs with bowls of water. You had to use your muscles the whole time to keep from rolling away from the ladies doing your nails. It was $50 for a pedicure. After tips $60, and it was the worst pedicure i’ve ever received. Whole pedicure took 30 mins. She rushed quite a bit. When i brought up things that needed to be fixed, she told me not to worry and did a terrible job fixing it. I’m not even sure she appropriately cleaned her equipment. That is on top of not having proper pedicure chairs. I understand it’s a small business, but this was outrageous.
