Haven't had my nails done in a long time and they took their time and did a wonderful job!
The young man in the shop absolutely killed my natural nails. This was my first time at this shop and I won’t be back. I asked for a gel manicure and he soaked my nails to get the gel off and then proceeded to aggressively use the drill on top of my nails. Even with the gel on top my nails are bending and breaking way below the top of my fingertips which is getting painful. At this time I also get a pedicure with regular nail polish. I got off work early and was able to get a walk in appt. The first thing I noticed was how bright and clean the place was. Everyone wore gloves. I have a difficult time understanding any accent and have some hearing loss - everyone there was able to speak clearly enough for me to understand. Chloe started my pedicure. She has very strong hands! Her massage was fantastic and the massage chair was great- I just say back and closed my eyes and listed to 80s soft rock and pop music that was playing. Given up on this place after 6 years on being loyal customer. Took two walks in while I sat for 25 mins past my appt time. Disappointed how they undervalue keeping appt times. Oh well plenty of other nail salons in the area. Look further before you consider this place.
