Walked in & they asked if I was willing to wait half an hour for service, I agreed. One other lady waiting before me. Another person walks in 20 mins later and they took the lady before me and the lady who had just walked in. She did not have appt (I heard her ask if they had time to do her gel polish). I asked why I was skipped & another tech says “oh I’m almost finished.” That’s not what I asked nor is this how u conduct business. I felt disrespected & insulted. That was so rude. Tina did an amazing job on my nails. I left feeling incredibly satisfied, she created exactly the type of vibe I was looking for. I never had builder gel before, but I love it so much! 10/10 experience and fair prices.

I had the most wonderful experience at Happy Nails today. I came in two repair two acrylic toes that were not originally placed by Happy Nails. They did a wonderful job at correcting the issue for me so that I could get on with my day. And, my upcoming trip. Thanks again!
