I went to Happy Nails to get acrylics for prom. I was the complete opposite of impressed. The lady was talking on her personal phone the whole time and turned up the music when i walked in. She also was yelling across the room in a different language to another worker while me and another lady were in the salon. First, she never pushed my cuticles back.
