I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Nails Salon in Bolivar on May 16th, just two days before our Florida vacation. I made my appointment a full month in advance, and even called two weeks prior to confirm they could also fit my daughter in at the same time. The owner told me yes, so we showed up expecting everything to be scheduled. When we arrived, we were made to wait over an hour before they even started on us. If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a specific design on my nails and showed them prior to being directed to sit in a chair and was assured one of the ladies could accommodate my request. I TOOK THE PERSON AT THIER WORD. Once I had picked my length AND THEY HAD ALREADY TRIMMED MY TIPS THEY TOLD ME MY NAILS WERE TOO SHORT TO DO THE DESIGN. I will never waste my time with this establishment. I will either go to Springfield or call my friend in beauty school to get my nails done
