Woman was very rude on phone with my wife trying to make appointment and she said we can't help you and hung up on my wife
Never again. Dirty! Used nail files, nothing was cleaned even the towel under my hands had someone else's nail clippings and filth on it. Health hazard!
Went and got a gel manicure and leave with some paint on my skin around nail and others the entire nail isn’t fully painted. Very disappointed in the service and will be finding a different salon.
Took hours to do my nails, and unfortunately, they did not come out how I wanted them to. My appointment was at 3 PM, but I didn’t leave until 6 PM. I was also left sitting for about 30 minutes while they were on the phone, which I found very unprofessional. They also spent more time talking about going on trips than listening to what the customer wanted. I specifically asked for a certain style, but my nails did not turn out the way I requested. The absolute WORST gel manicure I’ve ever had. Started off kinda good then the dude cut my cuticle until it bled. He proceeded to pour some green liquid onto it and never said oh, I’m sorry. Then his wife took over. She was rushing and kept forgetting what color I asked for. So sloppy and rushed. They started peeling off on day 3. Total waste of money. Oh and not to mention the fact that she had BUGS MOVING IN HER HAIR. Just a disgusting place. I will never go back.
