These people are GREAT!!!
The nurses are great... when you can get in there! More than once I have called for a sick appointment for either myself or my children and I am told that they have no appointments for the week. They close for the day if the wind blows the wrong way and to make it worse, they never have a back up office to help you. You are told to go to the ER or urgent care which we all know is a lot more money than a copay. I have been a patient with Happy N Healthy for almost 4 yrs. Ive never had a serious illness til the last 2 months and I can say that this practice has either gone downhill or they are horrible when it comes to a serious condition. After 3 visits and 2 different scans showing no reason for my extreme abdominal pain, they passed the buck to a specialist who they said was "highly recommended". This specialist was awful! I have been going to Happy N Healthy for several years. At 67, you know I have seen many doctors in my life. I see Roz Kenney and I have NEVER had such conscientious and quality care in my life. Imagine a health care professional who actually listens to you and researches and sends you information that could be of benefit to you depending on your health issues. Happy & Healthy is by far the BEST healthcare provider I have ever used. Rozalyn Kenny is very caring and listens to ALL your healthcare concerns (Greg is awesome too). The practice doesn't just listen to you for five minutes and send you on your way - they really do care about your well-being and make sure all your needs are met. I moved to Salem, Massachusetts and they are in Salem, NH. The trip is definitely worth it and hopefully I'll never have to change healthcare providers because of insurance. Dr. Trombley was awesome to me and my children and she took us in when we were new in town and no one else would, she even took us in same day cause my son was sick!
