They don’t allow you to see a statement, customer service asks if you’re a current member or new/ if you’re new, they’ll make you wait hours and hours for what you need. It is absolutely a rip off
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, no fulL transparency on the terms of the loan. I asked for the pay off amount of my loan and it comes out to more than the balance shown on my account. Why? Because I just learned that regardless if you attempt to pay the loan off early, you still have to pay the accrued interest for the of the life of the loan. Lesson learned. Pass on this company.
All are well and allowed
I took a loan awhile ago.They reported to transunion any updates on 1st of each month.Last month on 18th I paid off the loan and until now 08 10 they didn't reported the loan as paid off. I filled a claim using Credit Karma that come back 2 days ago as "dispute resolved " but I still don't see any changes.
