After several years of taking my dogs there, I took my new pup in for a trial day. She wasn't a good fit--ok some dogs aren't, but the GM called me and was very rude, made no attempt to resove the issue, and couldn't have been less professional. Nice to know how they treat their long term clients...AWFUL experience.

This place is amazing! My dogs drag me in and come home happy and tired. I can't say enough good about them! They make our lives so much better!
The staff are amazing and you get nothing but positive feelings from this place. We used to board our dog Joules here as well as had her go to daycare every day almost. We always got a happy and tired furbaby to take home. Never had any issues at all. We had total peace of mind leaving her there and always left with smiles.
We used to take our dog to Lamar location and when it closed I took her to US290 location. They are awesome! It is a little bit far from my house but it is worth the time since the space they have is amazing! She stayed there in a rainy day and they had space inside for dogs to play without getting all muddy and they let her play with dogs she wanted to play, she is definitely happy when she stays at Happy Mailman! Also for me is awesome, they try to help me everyway they can! I truly recommend it!
