My mother in law was a client of this company. Happy Living seem to take pleasure in either rejecting or delaying support workers submitted invoices for the most trivial reasons. I found them to be completely inflexible and stubborn in all of there processes. Definitely not recommended!!!

Our experience with Happy Living has been extremely poor, particularly in relation to the conduct of Case Manager Huiming Mao. The service appeared to prioritise revenue over my elderly father’s health and wellbeing. Requests for direct communication were not appropriately handled. Ms Mao declined to discuss outstanding issues by phone, and her Team Leader, Abbie Toh, abruptly ended a call and failed to follow up, leaving key matters unresolved.
