We've used HLB 2 years in a row now for our Christmas dinner functions. Despite us having a very challenging kitchen space (being that we're under renovations), Leo and Angela did an incredible job at serving up a 5 star meal. This isn't just good food, this is exceptional, soak up every bit of flavour type food. Looking forward to having HLB back for our next dinner.
