We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! The catering team was fantastic from start to finish. The food was not only delicious but so well presented. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how fabulous everything was, with the wagyu beef being a massive standout. The seamless service and communication from set-up to pack-up made our event stress-free and special.
We had a fantastic experience working with HLB Catering for our Advanced Gynaecological Laparoscopy Course in Melbourne. The food across all three days was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and incredibly generous. We used HLB Catering for a couple of offsite meetings and had a great experience. The food was fresh, well presented and very well received by the team. Communication with Leo before and on the day was seamless and reassuring, which made everything feel easy and stress free. Really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Would definitely recommend for corporate events and will be using them again.
