I haven’t been coming to this Happy Lemon location in Tukwila for a while because of the poor customer service my daughter and I have experienced here repeatedly. Unfortunately, my experience today was no different. The moment I walked in, the employees were busy talking, playing around, and joking with each other. Not a great visit today. Staff was so busy talking about the one coworker whose mom wasn’t going to let her go to an event after she bought tickets. My items were left sitting there and three groups got their order before me. Still like the place and the menus.

We walked into the shop today and saw a long line. So we ordered online through the app to skip the line and were waiting inside the shop. We received the text saying that our order was received right after the cashier was done taking orders from the people in the line. So our order was pushed to the last one. Not fair at all. So even people got into the line after us, they received their drinks before us just because we ordered through the app.
