We walked into the shop today and saw a long line. So we ordered online through the app to skip the line and were waiting inside the shop. We received the text saying that our order was received right after the cashier was done taking orders from the people in the line. So our order was pushed to the last one. Not fair at all. So even people got into the line after us, they received their drinks before us just because we ordered through the app.
Unfriendly, tried to tell them they made my drink was wrong because it tasted only like milk tea instead of a taro like i asked for. Didn’t apologize what so ever, instead just said “ it was a new formula”. Also the boba it’s self was rock hard, and tough to chew.
Perfect service asked if I had any allergies great service and delicious
