OT James is a godsend to our son, we have had a couple of OT’s that just weren’t suited to our son and he made very little progress with them, by the second appointment with James we noticed a difference in our son, James continues to show patience and helps our son move forward with his therapy. Happy Learners is a fantastic paediatric Occupational Therapy company! Their clinic is full of genuine, kind-hearted staff who go above and beyond. We could not be happier with our experience so far with Happy Learners!
I had high hopes for Happy Learners based on the reviews, as well as the initial intake process and first phone call. Unfortunately, our experience with Bonita during my son’s first appointment was extremely disappointing. It was clearly highlighted during the intake and initial phone conversation that my son can become emotionally dysregulated and that it can take a long time for him to settle. We have been using Happy Learners OT for over 10 years. Lisa started working with my eldest daughter when they were 5 they are now 15 and Lisa is currently working with my two younger daughters. Lisa is an amazing OT and has a fast range of knowledge and really is exceptional.
Empty location, not many frequent people which is good, especially for a therapy service however, lights broken, with coverings, and cables covered by duct tape along the floor which is chipped. Seems like a decent therapy locale for its “less than used” location.
