My grandson is 7 and had a horrible experience with Dr. Williams. He was completely unprofessional and downright rude to him. Yelling at a 7 year old that is partially sedated!!! While he is still there, go somewhere else! If you can’t be patient with children and you’re THE DENTIST, you should go ahead and retire.
The Doctor and staff are great! They are always patient and caring with my special needs daughter and provide excellent service.
Maybe it was an off day for Dr. Williams, as almost all of the reviews are positive and the reason we went here. That and the receptionist said he had experience with what my child was coming for, which was having some extra baby teeth ( at the exam he told me he'd never seen a child like mine with extra teeth) -_-. Regardless I'd like others to know the experience I had today. He did the exam gloved, then when he thought he was done he threw gloves away and then proceeded to put his ungloved hands in my child's mouth, twice... read more
They are always kind which you need it for kids to love to go to Dentist.My opinion,they are wonderful.Thank you so much for what you have done for us.
