Not helpful at all over the phone, very rude and impatient. After I asked him how far out his schedule is for a tire replacement he told me he isn’t in the shop right now, I said “alright” and his response was “whatever” and hung up the phone. My review is on the poor customer service, I can’t speak on the work he does as he will not be working on my bikes.
Jack did an awesome job on my street glide. Highly recommend.
I came in with a small project on short notice. He immediately dropped everything and got the job done for a fair price.
Jack is so happy because he can fix your bike and will for a reasonable rate!
