He is the only person that I will let touch or service me, or my wife's motorcycle. I know when he is done with my bike that I am safe riding down the road. I've been lucky to have Jack working on my bikes for years. I would not have anyone else around here touch my Harley. I went in there, recently, thinking I knew exactly what I needed or at least wanted on my newest bike. Jack took the time to explain how the different tuners and exhausts work to create torque and power in the M8 and we found a much better solution for my end goal, saving me $700 on unnecessary work and parts.
