Charlene was excellent with our grandson, who did not know how to chew his food when he started therapy. He was swallowing pureed food and drinking plenty of toddler formula. He is now eating nuggets and sandwiches. Thanks Charlene for notable progress at every most of our visits, and for encouraging us. He is still CHEWING! Zion's grandmother.
When we started with Charlene, I dreaded meal times and had a constant anxiety around Grey’s poor eating. We were referred to Happy Hungry Hippos from our Pediatrician to have our infant son evaluated for possible tongue and lip ties. Our doctor thought he could be borderline, but as new parents we wanted to be thorough and sure. Charlene met with us and was very kind, empathetic and made us feel comfortable as our little guy was checked out.
