My son had been above and beyond the average "picky eater" where he would refuse to try most new foods and after trying multiple methods myself to get him to eat new foods or quit getting so upset about them, I found Charlene at Happy Hungry Hippos. She completely transformed my son's approach to food and does it in a very non-pressure method. Did not have the best experience would’ve preferred if they didn’t touch one of my children out of irritation for them to get off the floor into a chair or snap at one of my kids because they pour toys out of a bin. They followed directions they cleaned up toys etc. It is already stressful when trying to get your kid through food therapy. I believe this therapist is burnt out and needs to take time away from the profession because they are very talented, but unfortunately work through a bias toward others. When we first started seeing Charlene our daughter was barely eating 5 different foods. We saw huge improvements even after the first appointment. This program not only helped our daughter try and learn to eat new foods but it helped me and my husband learn how to better help and handle meal times. I would 100% recommend Charlene.
