Scam artist. Started our job, took a deposit. Never finished. Excuse after excuse, weeks without a response. Huge project and hasn’t even paid the dirt company he used. Scam scam scam, don’t trust this guy. Only has 1 other employee who he says “he feels bad for” which is his brother in law who stands there and does NOTHING! One man care who takes on too much and screws over his clients. Not a good businessman.
Horrible....scam artist. Took on a big job, said he had man power. Was only him doing work, job was supposed to start last November but he didn't start until 8 months later. Dana said he would handle everything needed for the job but once the town got involved he ran away. Has "issues with his 3 phones." Didn't respond and left is with a job unfinished and left us having to figure out how to deal with the town now. Dana Sappah makes promises and doesn't folllow through in them. Excellent craftsmanship.
Happy house construction was hired for a rebuild of our home. The Project began in April of 2017. To this day the house isn't half complete. it was suppose to take 3 to 4 months.The contractor has taken $120,000 from us and has walked off the job. Numerous attempts to convince him to finish have failed. He has ignored a demand letter from our lawyer and ignored the Better Business Bureau. Oddly he had enough money to purchase a new Mini Excavator. Do not hire this company if you value your hard earned money.Merry
