I have been pleased with their work, while a little on the expensive side, I continued to use them. However, while they urge you to set your next appointment when you pick your pet up, they don't send a text or email to remind you of that appointment you made a month in advance. If you miss that appointment then they require you to pay a $40 missed appointment fee. That is fine if you send a simple message to remind the customer and they still don't show. Sorry, you (happy hound) aren't worth that kind of money.

Super friendly customer service - expensive - definitely be specific on how you want your dogs hair cut and what areas to cut - mine kind of looks the exact same from when I dropped him off but my sisters dog always looks amazing!

They did a great job on my maltipoo - she has never looked so good! When I picked her up, she wasn't stressed at all, she seemed perfectly comfortable which is my utmost concern. I will definitely use them for future appts.

My dog, Wiggles looked so cute after his bath and haircut! Great place to take your pet.
