ABSOLUETLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Extremely rude "customer service" not only over the phone but then they refused to take my sweet pup because he was "uncomfortable" after the grabbed and pulled him to "greet him" for one minute. They did not even TRY to give him a treat or pet him sweetly and instead they turned me away after a 20 minute walk to their facility. Absolutely ABSURD. Please do not go here, I can not explain the annoyance that this caused both me and my sweet puppy. What a SHAME.

Rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this groomer. From the very first phone call to the moment I opened the door, this owner was unwelcoming and condescending to say the least. First call, owner didn’t even bother saying the name of the business or have a welcome greeting. Which I believe is the least you could do if you run a professional business. Our dog Gus loves going to doggy daycare at Happy Hounds. George really watches over the dogs and they get to play all day. A great way to socialize and burn off energy for dogs.

After taking my yorkie to the same groomer in Pennsylvania his whole life, I recently took him to Happy Hounds for my first experience here in Chicago. The staff was super kind, the groomer did a great job, and they were very sweet to my dog.
