HappyHome installed our AC and left the wire entry point into our home completely unsealed. A rat got in through that hole and chewed through the wiring. I paid $150 just for them to come inspect the damage their own negligence caused. I was quoted $700 to fix it — and I was willing to pay. That was never the issue. Really great experience with our AC installation. Walter and his team was very professional and clean. The AC system works very well and is keeping the house cool and comfortable. Highly recommend them if you need an Mini Split AC.

Extremely disappointing experience. The team is unprofessional and dismissive — they talk over you instead of listening, and declined my calls when I tried to follow up. They have no respect for their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and after this experience, I understand exactly why their reviews are so low.

Happy Home LLC did an excellent job from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done right the first time. The installation was clean, efficient, and completed on schedule.
