We had over 30 cabins for a wedding and it was a disaster! No communication between MSC Seaside and Happy Holidays! Each kept blaming one another! MSC changed the day of the wedding the day before boarding, and I can go on and on! Such a a beautiful event turned out to be a nightmare!

Mucha descoordinacion por parte del personal que trabaja en la oficina de holiday travel, principalmente una señora llamada BARBARA que me ha confundido a mi y a mi familia con el numero y el piso de las habitaciones, ademas el resto del personal echandole la culpa y no resolviendo los problemas en nombre de la compañia. Esperamos disfrutar el crucero el proximo año gracias a la calidad de Royal Caribbean International y de Harmony of the Seas
